Legal Specialist (FDI company)

1.Legal Consultancy

- Manage legal issues and provide consultation on daily operational matters.

- Create templates, forms, contracts, commitments, agreements, etc.

- Advise on and review contracts and related documents to reduce legal risks for the company.

- Collaborate with the Accounting and Logistics teams to engage with consulting firms, tax authorities, customs, banks, and other government bodies on legal matters.

- Assist the Accounting team in addressing issues with overdue customers.

- Support the HR/GA team on matters related to work permits, labor contracts, expatriate leasing contracts, etc.

2.Internal Control

- Draft, review, and update internal regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

- Manage risks within the work area to safeguard the company’s reputation and control any potential negative media attention or crises.

- Keep track of changes in the legal landscape in Vietnam and promptly inform relevant stakeholders of important legal updates.

3.Management and Administration

- Develop and oversee the implementation of the Legal Department's objectives and tasks.

- Provide legal training to other company members.

- Carry out additional duties as assigned by company managers.

- Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, tax, customs, and related legal regulations relevant to the role.

- Proficient in English, with additional language skills (Chinese/Japanese) being a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and logical thinking ability.
