Legal Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Legal Procedures for Investment, Construction, and Operation of Factories:

• Carry out legal procedures such as new issuance or adjustment of documents, including

construction permits, fire protection permits, environmental permits, and other operational

permits (ERC, IRC...).

• Draft legal documents and directly liaise with government agencies to fulfill the

company's procedural requirements.

2. Internal Legal Affairs:

• Update and promptly report changes in legal regulations that may affect the business.

• Review contracts and internal transactions of the Group and its member companies.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Legal Department.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields

2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in large corporations or multinational companies.

3. Skills:

• Good understanding of environment law, corporate law, investment law, and regulations related to production and business activities.

• Proven communications and persuasion skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects.

4. Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
