Profile A successful Legal Manager should have: * A higher degree in Law with strong academic credentials. * Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry. * Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, export processing regulations and procedures. * High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas. * Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese, negotiation and presentation skills. * Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
