Leasing Planning Executive (HCM Head Office - 454)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Planning Executive.

+ Work location: Ho Chi Minh Office, Lim Tower 3, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao, District 1, HCMC.

+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

+ Report to: Manager.

+ Job summary: Support to implement Leasing Planning work in making plans for new and renovation projects which are suitable with AEON MALL's strategies and up-to-date with market trends; provide needed data and analysis results to superiors accurately and timely to ensure the completion of planning tasks to catch up with the projects' timelines.

Details:

1. Implement tasks related to evaluation of target market through market survey, in-depth analysis and assessment, tenant hearing, customer behavior understanding research, and assist to budget, MD, and zoning of new malls. (15%)

2. Keep track of market information, new trends, major tenant moves related to assigned category; evaluate business situation of assigned category at current malls to propose appropriate improvement suggestions. (15%)

3. Assist to make renovation plan for current malls based on studies on business performance and consumer trend, and suggest idea to maximize business results. (15%)

4. Work with outsourced agencies to carry out tasks related to market survey and organizing events including planning, bidding, negotiating, supervising, handling paperwork issues, etc. (10%)

5. Update, analyze, and evaluate business performance of assigned current malls regularly and propose solutions to maximize business performance of assigned malls. (10%)

6. Maintain and develop a good relationship with assigned key tenants; Negotiate rental condition and support to solve problems related to assigned key tenants. (10%)

7. Manage and update Leasing Planning's database regularly and ensure the accuracy of the department's data source. (10%)

8. Train, motivate, and supervise subordinates to ensure that all tasks can be achieved correctly and timely as well as develop their potentials. (10%)

9. Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields (Leasing/ Retail/ Commercial Real Estate/ Business Development).

3. Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.

4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Have good researching, analyzing mindset, communication, planning & organizing, and team coordination skills.

6. Be honest and careful, open to new challenges.
