Learning & Development Specialist
Job description
1. Execute the annual training plan. 2. Execute, coordinate and support Sections of HR Department in the utilization of Career Path Framework (CPF) activities. 3. Execute and evaluate the implemented Employee Engagement Survey (ES) activities, contribute recommendation to improve the Departments' ES results. 4. Monitor, manage and continuously update training and learning activities on the Learning Management System (LMS). 5. Assist Depts./Secs. & new employees in Onboarding process, Orientation training. 6. Other training & development activities as assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
- Graduated with Bachelor's Degree majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors. - Be proficient in English (especially verbal, written) & Microsoft Office. - Be able to use basic design tools (Canva, PTS, etc.). - Good communication skills. - Positive attitude, have the ability of keeping up with training & learning trends & demands. - Training & Presentation skills is a plus.
