- Develop and implement a cohesive visual identity for MOI Cosmetics that aligns with the brand's values, mission, and target audience.

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, including product launches, advertisements, and digital content, website…

- Oversee the development of mood boards, storyboards, and mockups for all creative projects.

- Maintain and evolve MOI’s brand guidelines, ensuring their consistent application across all channels.

KPIs:

What are the 3 - 5 Key Performance Indicators this position will be measured against?

- Innovation & trend adaptation: keep updated and integrate social media trend into MOI campaign.

- Creative output quality consistent with brand guideline and brand identity.

- Campaign performance measurement via engagement rate, conversion rate and awareness metrics.

- Project management: on-time delivery, budget adherence, turnaround time.

- Leadership among team members and collaboration across department rate.

Interdepartmental communication

What are the primary people contacts in this job? With whom? What purpose? How Often?

- Closely work with the CEO and Head of Marketing during the product concept development phase.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the in-house creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

Qualifications:

What skills, expertise, or behavioral traits are needed to be successful in this position?

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

- Experience in directing photoshoots, video production, and content creation for social media platforms.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.

- Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.

- Strong network in the creative and advertising industry.

Required experience & education:

What is the education or work experience needed to qualify for this position?

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- 5+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
