RETAIL & EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING LEADER (DRIVING or NON-DRIVING)

B - MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTION:
Retail and experiential marketing leader is responsible for developing and optimising experience offerings to deliver Modern Luxury and House of brands differentiation & create deep emotional connections with guests, inspiring the fandom and uniting communities. Also, you can become the driving experience leader who is the expert at demonstrating the breadth of capability of our Brands across all driving surfaces and enable our guests to experience it for themselves.
1. Retail
- Provide guidance and support to dealers to ensure CI compliance with guidance from the brand: Vehicle show plate, Posters, Silient salesman, video content
- Stock list update on website
2. Non-driving experience
• Defining the concept, strategy, direction, budget & KPI of events or campaigns aligned with overall business direction incl. inventory status, stock coming, season, special offers…
• Create a comprehensive agency brief with clear criteria and share the brief with related parties, then Collect and evaluate the campaign proposals from agencies to choose the best suitable one.
• Manage overall execution of all activities through smooth communication with related parties to maximize KPIs (brand principles, agencies, other departments, other marketing members, other markets, etc…)
• Analyze results and share the wrap-up/post-mortem report with related parties.
3. Partnership/co-marketing Management
• Explorer co-marketing/sponsorship opportunities in line with brand objective.
• Negotiate benefit packages and details with related external parties.
• Develop proposal and share with internal stake holders.
• Document, evaluate, monitor and report planning and execution process to comply with global guidelines.
4. Driving experience (addition)
• Develop Land Rover’s Driving Experience Strategy & execute, manage, monitor all activities related to driving including experience drive, trips… aligned with overall business direction incl. inventory status, stock coming, season, special offers…
• Create a comprehensive agency brief with clear criteria and share the brief with related parties, then Collect and evaluate the campaign proposals from agencies to choose the best suitable one.

• Actively support conformance to Operating Standards and Instructor Competencies
5. Others:
Coordinate with other leaders to execute all the events. Rotating with driving or non-driving experiential lead to manage each project as assignment from Head of Marketing and based on workload of each person during the period.
Job requirements
C- REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Minimum B.A degree in Business Administration (Marketing preferred), Automotive engineering (if in charge of driving experience).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years business at brand/product marketing focusing on event organizer in automotive or luxury lifestyle industry. Minimum 3 years in automotive, instruction experience would be an advantage (if in charge of driving experience).
• Specific knowledge: English proficiency in business context level, Automotive industry & Luxury lifestyle knowledge
