Product and Market Leader - Trưởng nhóm Sản phẩm và Giá bán

Phu Thai Mobility is the official importer for Jaguar Land Rover in Vietnam and operates with dealerships in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Phu Thai Mobility is responsible for sales, service, product marketing, customer marketing, marketing communications and public relations for Jaguar and Land Rover in Vietnam.

Our Product & Market Leader is responsible for analysing the automotive market and be the product expert based in the nationwide.

Market analyst:

• In-depth market analysis, developments, opportunities and threats, consumer behaviour and preferences and options & features comparison

• Monthly in-depth market share data analyses by brand, model, colour, province, versus last year, cumulative YTD, etc.: be PTM’s market guru

• Besides market data, work with all available company data in collaboration with our after sales department and structure and optimize data availability

• Weekly updates on market developments and news, e.g. competitor promotions, events, collaborations, sales channels, showroom openings, launches, introductions, etc. Both on-site and desk research

• Be supportive towards ad-hoc market information requests

Product expert:

• You are also the product expert based in Hanoi, you spec our vehicles, you support the sales team in BTO requests, test drive events, sales events and participate in all sales meetings

• Prepare comparison presentations and handouts and provide trainings for sales staff to point out our product’s unique selling points at least once every two months

• Responsible for up-to-date online stock visibility, including pre-owned, in collaboration with marketing team

• Keep yourself up-to-date via JLR training modules and stay on top of the latest JLR and non-JLR automotive related developments

Team management:

• Manage Pricing & Product Specialist to achieve the target of department

• Making working report of the team to the Operations Manager & General Manager

• Bachelor or Master degree

• At least 2 years of working experience in Product Marketing or Retail Marketing, preferably in automotive or luxury industry. Prefer candidate with team management experience

• High level of analytical and research skills, data driven, causality & reasoning

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

• Excellent and convincing presentation skills

• Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint, can work with large datasets to extract relevant data and fact-finding

• Opportunistic, problem-solving mindset and decisive

• Enthusiastic and proactive team player, able to make decisions considering the bigger picture, aim for continuous improvement
