B - MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal Marketing Automation one will manage and optimize our marketing automation platforms. This role is crucial in driving our customer engagement and conversion strategies by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools to create personalized customer experiences.

- Customer database utilisation:

> Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, manage, and optimize customer journeys (eDMs, CXP) that drive engagement and conversion.

> Monitor and analyze customer interactions, providing insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

> Develop strategies to nurture leads and improve the overall customer experience through targeted communication.

- Sales Support:

> Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer personas and map out customer journeys.

> Conduct daily check with sales team about follow-up process with marketing digital leads

- Marketing Automation:

> Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline communication with customers at various stages of the sales funnel.

> Track and report on key metrics related to marketing automation efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration & Coordination:

> Work closely with the content team to ensure that all customer communications are consistent with our brand’s messaging.

> Liaise with CRM team about database on salesforce system.

C- REQUIREMENTS:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Experience or a strong interest in luxury goods is a plus

- Proven experience with salesforce systems including Marketing Cloud & sales cloud

- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lead qualification processes.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques is highly desirable.

- Strong research skills, with the ability to deeply analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources.
