Kỹ Sư QA (in Charge Out Going & Customer Service)

Position: OQA & Customer Service Engineer

1. Control inspection output performance out going quality control .

2. Analysis of inspection result and feedback supplier to improve quality

3. Manage final product quality, process out going quality assurance FA/CA (Final analysis / corrective action).

4. Manage and improve product inspection standard based on customer requirement.

5. Be responsible for validation of measuring equipment by cooperate with Calibration section.

6. Training for subordinates for product specifications, standards and measuring equipment operation

7. Receive feedback from customer and feedforward to upstream about the quality issue and follow up in process.

8. Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues

9. Participate and support to prepare for Customer audit, QMS Audit and documentation…

10. Summary quality weekly/monthly/yearly report

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor's /University degree, major related to Mechanical, Engineering, Automotive..(Oversea graduated will have an added advantage).

2. Working experience: preferably at least 5 years of working experiences in the similar position.

3. Able to communicate in English.

4. Good computer skills with MS Office,…

5. Can read and understand technical drawing

6. Have knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving skills

7. Teamwork, communication skills, proactive and able to work under pressure
