Kỹ Sư Ô Tô - Phát Triển Sản Phẩm/ Product Development

In this dynamic role within the Marketing team, you will collaborate with Isuzu Japan, Isuzu Thailand, and key partners to drive market research, product innovation, and competitor analysis. You'll play a key role in developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring their success through rigorous testing and evaluation. Additionally, you'll empower our dealers with training on Isuzu's product lineup and market insights.

The responsibility of this role:

1. Market Research:

- Collaborate with Isuzu Japan/ Isuzu Thailand/ Dealers/ Customers/ Partners to research the market/ Product/ Competitor.

- Arrange survey form, questionnaires and arrange schedule, budget for market research.

- Collect and synthesize product feedback from the market.

- Update and synthesize competitor product information.

2. Product Development:

- Collaborate with Isuzu Japan/ Isuzu Thailand/ Partners for new product development & product innovation.

- Plan and coordinate with other departments to develop/ improve products.

- Product testing and evaluation (Isuzu & Competitors).

3. Training:

- Research product specification, information of Isuzu/ Competitors.

- Organize and train products for Dealers.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and market research.

- English: Good communication skills (minimum TOEIC 600).

- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Data skills: Ability to analyze and process data.

- Presentation: Fluent in delivering presentations in both Vietnamese and English.

- Work style: Quick learner, diligent, and able to work independently.

- Travel: Willing to travel for business trips.

- License: B2 driver’s license.
