Khách hàng của Navigos Search là tổng thầu xây dựng, thiết kế và thi công các công trình nhà xưởng của Nhật Bản đang cần tuyển dụng vị trí Kỹ sư xây dựng - Site Engineer với mô tả công việc như sau:

- Estimate costs for construction projects, including materials, equipment, and labor.

- Prepare detailed bills of quantities for contractors to price during the tender process

- Negotiate and manage contracts between clients and contractors

- Monitor costs during construction to ensure the project remains within budget

- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.

- Value completed work and arrange for payments.

- Perform risk, value management, and cost control during construction.

- Provide advice on a range of legal and contractual issues

- Graduated from university

- Able to communicate in English (report to Japanese verbally)

- Relevant work experience inconstruction estimating, cost management, or a similar role

- Experience with construction projects, including knowledge of construction methods and materials
