JOB OBJECTIVES / AGREEMENT ON OBJECTIVES

• This position lead IQC, IPQC and OQC inspectors to control the product quality at RRC Power Solutions Limited Company Vietnam factory.

• He also join in to setting up necessary processes at Quality department and train to Quality Engineer(s) and Quality Inspector(s)

• Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead Quality Inspector (s) to control the process of Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing (Shipment) Quality Control, ensure all materials, products meet internal / external quality standards.

• Co-operate with supplier via supplier management processes, ensure suppliers provide expected quality products and services.

• Lead manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.

• Set up proper processes for IQC, IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare checkcard, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, Defect PPM, Data Analysis), etc.

• Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability

• Maintain and optimize IQC, IPQC, OQC and QE management system (Procedure, Work Instruction, etc.) according to ISO 9001.

• Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.

• Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality

ACTING AUTHORITY

• Verification/Audit of incoming materials and Work-In-Process and Finished Goods.

• Review and approve on IQC, IPQC and OQC test results.

• Handle nonconforming products or nonconformities discovered during the inspection, verification and evaluation process.

• Initiate, investigate, and define corrective and improvement actions.

• Instruct, train, test, certify and control IQC, IPQC and OQC personnel.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 05 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in Manufacturing company and at least 02 years in supervision position

• Experience of ISO requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) & quality tools

LANGUAGES:

• Vietnamese is mother language

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required

IT SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,etc.)

• Experienced in SAP/ ERP/ MES

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results.

• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work effectively without direct supervision.

• A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach.
