Key Account Supervisor (B2B - MT Channel)
Job description
• Creating quotation for customer • Receiving and processing Purchase Order • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records • Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks, if needed • Responsible for developing small-to-medium size accounts/customers • Maintain good relationship with external partners to increase product listings, sales and profitability • Work with internal partners for perfect display at assigned accounts
• Aim to exceed sales targets
Job requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any background with at least 2 years in Supervisor/Team Leader position in the FMCG industry or Cosmetics.
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Ability in communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Able to work in a team and individually to handle multiband
• Experience using computer and Microsoft application, advanced in MS Excel and pivot
