Key Account Executive - Pre-Sales for Projects
Job description
Overview (Objective of the Position):
- Build network and support sales to approach client in the beginning.
Description of Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to plan and to set strategy to convince targeted architects to specify company's products for projects.
- Identify key architects, consultants, developers who are contributing the major projects in construction industry.
- Classify the target architects, consultants, developers
- Do frequently visiting of architects, consultants, developers
- Understand deeply customer needs and offer the right values.
- In charge to make a list of architects/interior designers and well coordinate with marketing dept to well prepare for events such as BCIs, mini gathering,...
2. Establish strong business relationship with key project specifiers
- Visit &maintain visibility at targeted specifiers
- Identify who should be the focused customers
- Build trust to secured customers through our professional consultant service
3. Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities
- Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc
- Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers
- Organize and coordinate to give training to architects/interior designers as required monthly and quarterly.
4. Actively protect secured specification to effectively support sales team to bring back actual sales volume
- Maintain good relationship with architects, developers, consultants
- Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions
- Coordinate between Sales Team & specifiers
- Prepare documents to submit evidence of specification awards to relevant department for recognized and awards to architects/designers.
- Update, review and inform sales team for new projects and project follow up
Job requirements
Education
College/ University
Experience:
– At least 3 years' experiences in building materials industry
– Extended network with Design Consultants, Contractors, Developers
– Good at communication as well as presentation skill, good ability of training team
– Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
– Good in speaking and writing English
Specific Knowledge:
– Basic knowledge major in Construction, Architect, Interior Designer, Technical, Economic,
– Can communicate in English or more;
– Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto cad, etc.)
– Good in communications skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill,
– Dynamic, self-confident, hard-working, honest and gentle.
