Junior QA Inspector - Thai Binh, Vietnam

SBC footwear Junior QA inspector holds the responsibilities for SBC production shoes orders to be produced under mass production conditions in good quality to ensure on-time delivery.

The details of the job description include as below:

*Sign off mass production swatch books against CFM samples to make sure they’re correct per specs and in colors.

*Check incoming production mat’ls property test reports and specimens with passing SBC standards as the approval to release them to production. Check the finished shoes’ bonding test results in daily basis.

*Sign off first piece of stitching uppers and lasted upper per order without failure to make sure any potential problem during production to minimize the impact of mass production quality and order’s delivery.

*As a daily routine of QA, she/he needs to do the production lines’ checking to cover the whole processes of shoe making and inform any found issues to the responsible personnel in the factory for immediate correction and set up time for the next round of checking or approval.

*Follow SBC final production inspection procedure strictly to do the final production orders’ inspection and file the signed inspection sheets correctly as the records.

*Work Location: Thai Binh Province

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

*Fresh graduate from college or university being majoring in engineering or science, BS degree is preferable.

Being responsible, diligent and Self-disciplined.

*Take part in sports activities, special interest in cycling will be preferable.

*Good English in writing and speaking.
