Junior Corporate Relationship Manager

BPCE IOM HCMC Branch is seeking a Junior Corporate Relationship Manager to join Corporate Banking department. The ideal candidate assists in building and managing portfolio to maximize risk, monitoring portfolio credit card, customer/prospect marketing visits to acquire new assets & liabilities clients/ new financing /products, enhancing relationship, writing & submitting credit application, call reports and assistant relationship manager tasks.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define strategy for portfolio, identify and acquire new business clients.

• Promote and sell banking products & services to meet sales allocated targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients including periodic on-site visits to portfolio customers with call reports.

• Propose and get the Management’s validation in term of limits, margin, expected return, cross selling for new prospects.

• Conduct and perform annual review application or ad-hoc credit application on existing clients.

• Risk analysis (financials and sector)

• Monitor portfolio NBI and facility utilization on a monthly & quarterly basis.

• Coordinate with Operation Department and Banking Support Services to ensure smooth processing of loan/facility utilization.

• Collaborate with other product teams to promote the mix of financial products and sales approach.

• Process KYC (new account/review) for facility and non-facility customers. Scan and upload to Amplitude.

• Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction via excellent services.

• Process part of ARM jobs daily and ARM back-up .

• Good practice in Microsoft office (word; excel; power point)

• Organization, presentation, and communication skills

• Responsible, team-work spirit

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and spoken).

Qualification and Education :

• University graduated major in finance, banking, foreign trade, economics.

• 1- 2 years of experience in banking (corporate dept, customer service, risk dept…).

• Treasury & Trade Finance knowledge.
