Japanese DTP Designer (Illustrator)

Key Responsibilities:

Verify the quality standards and regulations for household items (such as cooking tools, tableware, and cleaning products), furniture (including wooden pieces, sofas, and storage solutions), fabric (like curtains, towels, and cushions/pillows), and personal care products (cosmetics and skincare items) in each ASEAN country. Organize quality inspection in accordance with these standards and develop and validate the content of user manuals and quality labels.

*The main duties are as follows:

1) Prepare initial drafts for instruction manuals, price tags, and quality labels that comply with each country's laws and regulations

2) Coordinate with the Tokyo headquarters or each ASEAN country office regarding the above contents.

Required Qualifications:

1) Skilled in developing user guides, pricing labels, quality assurance tags, and packaging designs for Vietnam and various ASEAN nations.

2) Abilities to create and organize labels with illustrator and present data in a clear and accessible manner.

3) Abilities to review and edit meticulously to avoid errors and misunderstandings.

4) Capable of performing tasks with precision while collaborating and exchanging information with the Tokyo Head office and oversea office as needed.

5) Nationality: welcome all nationality

6) Age: in the 25 to 35

Skill and experience:

1) Ability to perform basic PC operations (Illustrator, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet) without problems

2) Capability in reading Japanese, including Kanji characters (N3 level)
