Job Responsibilities

IT Sales / SaaS Implementation Consulting / IT Solution Consulting for HR Industry Clients

1. Sales

• Research and understand the HR business markets in Vietnam and other Asian countries.

• Create potential client lists, develop leads, and initiate business discussions.

• Identify client challenges and propose optimal SaaS solutions.

2. Consulting

• Analyze client workflows and design solutions for optimization and efficiency.

• Leverage in-house and partner solutions to deliver the best IT environments for clients.

• Provide consulting on the implementation of solutions.

3. Customer Success

• Provide follow-up support and operational assistance after SaaS implementation.

• Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements.

4. Product Development Feedback

• Collaborate with the product development team to propose new features tailored to the Asian market.

Required Skills

• 3 + years of experience in IT sales, system consult design, or SaaS sales.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of operations.

• English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience in the HR or SaaS industry.

• Work experience in Vietnam or the Southeast Asian market.

• Experience working on multinational and multicultural projects.
