IT Qc/tester (Temporary 8 Months)

Quality Control / Testing:

- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and

functionality of software.

- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in a bug-tracking system.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements

and ensure test coverage.

- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing on various

applications.

- Validate that software meets functional specifications and business

requirements.

Documentation & report:

- Update task status and weekly report to submit to line manager

- Update SIT and process during testing into Knowlegde based system when being assigned

Qualification and Experience Requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in IT or business-related fields

Experience:

• Having experience 3 years in the similar position like QC or tester

• Experience in Life Insurance is an advantage.

Skills: Soft skills

• Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles.

• Familiarity with manual testing tools; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
