IT Project Manager

Main goal:

Project and change management for IT and Business projects

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring project management by project office employees, participating in assessing deadlines

and volumes of work, auditing and finalizing project documentation.

• Monitoring the budget, deadlines and quality of the project.

• Informing management about the progress and status of projects.

• Participation in the preparation of documents and documentation.

• Setting tasks for teams and managing tasks.

Tracking project implementation stages and analyzing process efficiency.

• Formation and management of project documentation, including technical specifications, project

plans, status reports, and other necessary documents.

• Take a lead of implementation ERP Dynamics 365 as project manager.

• Manage the Projects according to the planning and follow the project management process

• Control finance heaths of the project

• Experience in managing large IT projects;

• Knowledge and understanding of modern project management methodologies, knowledge of PMBok and PMI processes;

• Knowledge of all stages of IT projects, software life cycle;

• Risk management, conflict resolution;

• Knowledge of planning tools.

• Demonstration of work results

• Confident level of proficiency in tracking systems (youtrack);

• Initiative, systematicity, independence, responsibility, interest in your work and its quality;

• Effective communication: you know how to define and convey goals, are able to describe the problem and its solution, are able to take into account the interests of the entire team.

• Problem management skill
