[Daily] Work Scope includes Vietnam(Ho Chi Minh) and Offices(Southeast Asia, South Asia & Pacific )

• Collecting Data, Summarizing Report and Managing Status of Network, Server and Firewall so on

• Management and response to inquiries about networks such as firewalls, security programs(Cloud Proxy etc) installed at RHQ offices under the general management.

• Supporting Internal System issue such as Business Trip, GHR, EP so on

• Supporting and Problem-solving of general requests of Knox Portal, Knox Messenger and Knox Mobile including registration, changes and termination request

• General Supporting of IT issue such as Outlook, PC Setting and Internet so on

and IT device installation such as monitor, printer and scanner

• Managing and Supporting of Video Conference System including firewall and network checking

• Guiding and operating of IT Service Request portal including Capacity Change of Knox Portal and Outlook so on

• Response to security issues and overall security management

• Apply the guide to the HQ’s IT organization and information Security Center to RHQ and under offices.

[Monthly/ Quarterly] Work Scope includes Vietnam and Offices(Southeast Asia, South Asia & Pacific)

• Check and management of IT Infra according to Samsung security regulation

(Cooperate with HQ : Information Security Center & Digital Innovation)

• IT Asset Managing, Controlling and Inspection(Twice a year,1Q and 4Q)

• Support for server management at operating business sites and support for IT staff at business sites (MSSC, VSSC, SNG)

• Supporting and Managing of File Server.

• Management of RHQ Internet Service Provider (Contract, Cost, Quality, Capacities)

• User Authorization, Checking Back-up status and Limited Capacity Status so on

• Clearing and Collecting of Knox Portal ID and SVPN on Monthly Basis

• ID Management based on end of each month according to new or retired employee status

• After analyzing the monthly office UTM inspection result report and security inspec-tion result report, report it to the general manager.

• Collecting and Managing of IT Invoices and Cost Chart

• Cost Analysis of issued invoice comparing amount and user list, and recording on cost

• At least 3 years experiences in IT area of multinational companies

• Languages: Conversational English is highly required, Korean is an advantage.

• General Knowledge and understanding of IT Device(PC, AP etc), Window, Network, Firewall, Server

• Good understanding of IT Security policy

• Document handling with cost analyzing(Summary, Reporting and Payment)
