IT Intern (Work in Long Thành - Shuttle Bus from Bien Hoa)

1. Job purpose:

• The IT Intern will assist the IT team in maintaining and managing the SAP system by focusing on data preparation, creating code, and supporting related tasks. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong Excel skills.

2. Principal accountabilities & Key activities:

• Prepare and organize Master data for input into the SAP system

• Check and validate Master data to ensure accuracy before and after system uploads.

• Support the IT team in maintaining and updating the SAP system.

• Maintain documentation for IT tasks and processes.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by IT Executive

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy of data preparation and validation.

• Punctuality in completing assigned tasks.

• Quality and reliability of reports generated.

4. Education and/or Work experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data organization, and formatting).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic English communication
