ABOUT THE POSITION:
Overview:
This role will primarily focus on operating and maintenance all elements of Business Applications (Manufacturing Execution System - MES, Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP…) and solving all users’ issues.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform support users for all kind of user’s Business Application issues.
· Train users how to use functions/ modules about Business Application
· Participate IT projects as team member to implement Business Application projects.
· Perform administrative tasks of all Business Application servers/cloud technology to ensure Business Application run smoothly: User management, Master Data management, Configuration/Process changes, System landscape management, Maintenance schedule/system down-time/new update feature, Event/log management, Develop simple Reports/Interface/Conversion/Enhancements/Forms and Workflow
· Closely work with Production/Quality/Technical and other departments to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into scalable and effective technical solutions
· Closely work with consultant or vendor’s service to ensure they design, code, test and develop modules/functions to meet requirements
· Closely work with Global IT Business Application team to align with Global IT requirement and standard of Solution Architecture, Manufacturing technology solution, System integration
· Implement other tasks as assigned by IT Manager.
Job requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Required Experience:
· Previous working experience as a Business Application Specialist who has experience operation and maintenance for MES, ERP system…for more than 3 years
· Familiar with Manufacturing Processes such as: BOM management, Production Plan, Production and Quality Management, MRP…; and ERP/ SAP S/4HANA modules such as FICO, MM, PP, QM, SD, PM, HR…
· Hands-on experience from consultant, implementation, support end-user, managing and operating MES, ERP…
· Hands-on experience on SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC): Manufacturing Master Data Management, Manufacturing Configuration, Manufacturing Automation, Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Insights
· Experience on translation manufacturing requirements into solutions of Automation/ Digital Manufacturing and Smart Factories: Integrating IoT for Enhanced Connectivity, AI and Machine Learning Integration, Industry 4.0
· Experience on coding/ programming in SAP environments
· Familiar with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), S4/HANA Cloud, SAP Digital Manufacturing
· Experience on integrations, workflow, and PowerBI
Skills/personal qualifications:
· Technical writing document and training for user
· Ability to analyze, logical thinking, problems-solving
· Good communication skill and Teamwork
· Good communication by English
Education and Certifications:
· Must have bachelor’s in computer science or related discipline
· Industry Certifications are related to MES, ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing and other similar
