Investor Relations Manager
Job description
1. Investor Relations Management (40%): - Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, shareholders, financial institutions, and analysts through meetings and exchanges at events and private meetings to ensure investors have sufficient information to make investment decisions or maintain their investment in MCH. - Prepare quarterly business performance reports, press releases, presentation materials, FAQs, etc., for the leadership team to align on the investment narrative and respond appropriately to investors. - Plan, coordinate, and thoroughly prepare tours and meetings with investors to provide insights into MCH's operations and capabilities. - Other activities to support shareholders and investors (e.g., IPOs, fundraising projects related to MCH). Ensure transparency and honesty in providing information to investors.
2. Market Communication (20%): - Prepare annual reports and support the organization of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to help shareholders understand the company's strategy, data, and operations. - Proactively develop detailed content and participate in managing relationships with shareholders throughout the AGM. - Collaborate with the Communications and Finance departments to draft and distribute press releases related to business results, significant news, and other important company information. - Work with the Communications department to build communication plans and IR strategies to enhance the company's image in the market.
3. Analysis and Reporting (10%): - Collaborate to conduct financial analyses, monitor the company’s business performance metrics, and align with investor expectations, thereby providing insights on the company’s value and prospects. - Prepare regular reports on financial and business performance to send to investors and management. - Work with finance departments to prepare information for fundraising, stock, or bond issuance. - Evaluate financial proposals from investors and make recommendations to management.
4. Support for Financial Strategy (30%): - Analyze market data from third parties (Nielsen) and internal data to provide an overview of industry trends, changes in the financial environment, and their impacts on the company, along with recommendations for effective improvements/transformations for the BOD. - Participate in and support the CFO in coordinating Transformation projects or other projects led by the CFO. - Assist the CFO in preparing materials for weekly Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and updating periodic reports for the BOD and the Group.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience of 2-5 years in finance, financial analysis, or investor relations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Extensive knowledge of the financial market and understanding of legal regulations related to information disclosure. - Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing data and presenting information effectively.
