Job description
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in foreign markets (Key markets: USA, Australia, and other high-potential regions).
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and sales terms with distributors and retailers.
• Provide market feedback and insights to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Logistics, Production, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the Sales Manager and BOD updated on market and product insights regularly.
Job requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, foreign trade, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international sales (experience with the US, Australia, or other international markets preferred).
• Industry Background: Proven sales experience in manufacturing firms, ideally those producing plastics, packaging, fibers, etc.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the plastics industry and the large-scale wooden furniture industry.
• Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one other language.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with incoterms, international trade laws, and regulations.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English (all four skills).
• System Savvy: Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
