International Business Development Manager

• Supervise the activities of sales representatives and SEA team in order to meet sales target
• Oversee the process to ensure timely supply of order
• Ensure the welfare of employees, and that their concerns are noted and addressed
• Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
• Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
• Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory
• Assist sales director in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
• Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement
• Recommend training programs for sales reps and team to improve their work efficiency
• Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of a firm.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within SEA
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business or management
• Experience in clinical trial coordination
• Working experience with sales techniques, SEA regional
• 5+ years of experience.
• Successful track record in sales and negotiation in B2B and Hospital/Clinic center partnership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
• Fluent English, Vietnamese.
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources
• Having medical educational background is a plus
• Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
• Availability to travel if needed.
• Having experience in biotech, genetic testing is a plus
