Internal Control Associate

• Conduct thorough reviews of internal documents and reports received from relevant departments to identify and mitigate potential risks in a timely manner.

• Prepare and submit official reports to regulatory authorities in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Develop and issue risk alerts, recommendations for mitigating violations, and propose actionable solutions.

• Monitor and oversee the implementation of corrective actions and recommendations as outlined in audit, inspection, and internal control reports.

• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting - Auditing, Securities, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Comprehensive understanding of Securities Law, Labor Law, Enterprise Law, Accounting Law, and other relevant legal frameworks.

• Proficient in English and adept at utilizing office software applications.

• Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to confidentiality.

• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Candidates possessing professional certifications related to the securities market will be given preference.
