The Employee Branding & Internal Communication Expert is responsible for shaping, promoting, and maintaining the company’s internal culture, values, and employee engagement strategies. This role focuses on building a strong internal brand that aligns with organizational goals and fostering open, transparent communication between leadership and employees. The position is key to enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and promoting the company’s image as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Branding
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop and maintain a compelling internal brand that reflects the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Design and implement strategies to enhance the company’s image as a top employer, both internally and externally.
Create and manage employee advocacy programs that encourage employees to share their positive experiences and promote the company’s culture.
Develop creative content that highlights employee stories, achievements, workplace culture, and other brand-building initiatives through internal channels (intranet, newsletters, etc.).
Ensure the company stands out in talent acquisition campaigns by effectively communicating the company’s unique value proposition to potential candidates.
Internal Communication
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with corporate goals and enhances employee engagement.
Support senior leadership in crafting clear, transparent, and consistent communication to employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Handle internal communication during crises or organizational changes, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and consistent.
Establish communication channels (surveys, focus groups, town halls) for gathering employee feedback and insights, using this data to improve internal messaging and engagement.
Oversee and contribute to the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, intranet content, and other communication tools.
Plan and execute communication for internal events, including town halls, employee recognition programs, and other corporate activities.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Develop initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and morale.
Foster a sense of belonging and alignment with company values through targeted programs, content, and communication.
Design and implement employee recognition and reward systems that highlight individual and team contributions to the company’s success.
Yêu cầu công việc
Degree / Professional: Bachelor's degree with majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication
At least 7+ years in EB&IC, content, writing or related role with at least 3+ years in leadership role
Skills of analyzing, reading comprehension of digital marketing data
Logical thinking, creative, updated on the latest technology and social media trends
Superb communication skills, both written and visual
Collaborative, you love to work as a team both inside and outside of marketing
Can build strategic plan and measure efficiency of the plan
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
