Intern, Sales (Full-Time)

The key job scopes are:

- Act as the first point of contact for receiving SPAs from the CR Team and handing over SPA documents to Agents.

- Receive signed SPAs from Agents and verify that all documents are fully signed by the customer.

- Print and scan documents as requested.

- Check and review the Refund documents with Sale support Executive received from Agents to ensure they are accurate.

- Follow up on additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor and other Sales Support team members.

- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the sales team or management.

- Good communication skills

- Good personal grooming, pleasant outlook and cheerful by nature

- Dynamic and able to multi-task & good working attitude

- On the job training will be provided accordingly

- Can work on full-time basis
