Position Summary

● Space T is an all-in-one interior platform, offering construction / e-commerce / community and making it easy and affordable for homeowners. We’re on a mission to innovate space (Home, etc.) with technology and there are a number of existing problems to be solved through technology in the interior industry

● We are looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing

What you’ll do in your role

● Undertake design project from concept to completion for helping customers create a beautiful home effortlessly

● Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” by interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans (2D-based, 3D-advanced, Technical Drawing)

● Building a vision for clients through product selection and pairing, spatial planning and color selection via mood boards by providing expert advice to clients on the full range of SpaceT products and services especially the in house and online design services

● Research and decide on materials and product sourcing: Work closely with merchants, vendors, architects and constructors

● Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

● Brand Image: Develop and manage 9 Interior Design Styles of specific Apartments for Website

Experience, Knowledge & Passion you’ll bring:

● Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (Consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

● Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

● Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

● Communication and presentation skills

● BS degree in Interior Design or similar

● A passion for interiors, product & design
