Innovation Assistant Manager

• Oversee "customer driven" programs: Encourage the execution of Customer Driven innovation initiatives and projects to reach desired rankings and scores. Oversee and direct projects pertaining to GSD, workflow, SAM research, and productivity enhancement. • Lead internal initiatives: Lead internal initiatives that emphasize improved customer involvement and operational excellence. • Project Administration: Oversee all relevant reports, presentations, and internal and external communications. Engage in exchanging best practices with colleagues across all relevant domains. • Department Ambassador: To speak on behalf of the ME function while interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or Technical. • Engineer, Engineer BA. • 5 years experience in a similar position is preferable. • Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Good command of Chinese (including Mandarin) is plus. • Experience working for – or closely with – a brand is an advantage.
