Import & Export Staff

1. Store export documents properly

2. Proceed export shipments:

- Check production and export schedules to have export plan

- Work with IE manager and PD manager in case the production plan should be changed to meet the deadline of loading

- Collect quotation from different forwarders to have the best prices of service

- Place booking with forwarders

- Arrange trucking and loading plan with PD, WH and forwarder

- Open export CDS

- Submit SI and check BL

- Prepare documents to get original certificates: C/O, Health Certificate …

- Follow up the process of fumigation for wooden pallet until getting certificate

- Follow and get shelf life list of export shipments

- Buy insurance for export shipments

- Sending Shipping Advice to the customers as notification of the shipments and follow the shipment until it’s completed with all documents

3. Update norms of products and orders in ERP

4. Check shipping schedule with forwarder, shipping agent, get quotation…

5. Check debit notes from forwarders and request payment

6. Do other tasks:

- Send samples to local & oversea suppliers/customers

- Do other tasks assigned by Manager and Director

- Good at English 4 skills

- Fresh graduation with suitable education major would be considered

- 2 - year experience with similar job description would be prefered
