Import/Export Forwarding Manager

- Oversee the general import/export forwarding operations, ensuring compliance with international/local trade regulations.

- Maintain and enhance customer relations, acting as the primary point of contact for a select group of clients.

- Manage the end-to-end process of customers' business operations, including coordination of logistics, documentation, and customs clearance.

- Lead a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Responsible for monthly budget management, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting financial performance to senior management.

- Implement strategies to optimize operational processes and improve customer satisfaction.
