Import-Export Assistant – Tax Refund (Third-Party-Contract)

• Display every PO in SAP to download shipping docs

• Display every PO in SAP to download and reconcile receipt note and delivery note

• Export orders report in SAP to download and reconcile SO/OBD/Billing number with export shipments

• Check & verify export value in excel file: credit advice vs billing value in SAP vs commercial invoice value vs eCUS data

• Check & verify import value in excel file: dedit advice vs PO value in SAP vs commercial invoice value vs eCUS data

• Check & verify hard copy of all import docs and export docs before sign-off

• Co-ordinate with Tax to provide accounting books as customs requirements

• Yearly tax reimbursement of imported materials to be manufactured solely for export

• Participate as a team member in the improvement projects, new digitalization tool/global application related to import export activities

• Bachelor degree ( preferably in Foreign Trade)

• Fluent in English

• 1 year relevant operational experiences especially in FMCG or customs broker in the following areas:

- Tax reimbursement

- Importation/Exportation of FG, Raw/Pack materials, Spare parts, Machine

- Manufacturing for Export model

- International transport

• Incoterm, FTAs, Origin of goods & HS code classification
