Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance talent engagement.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Partner with business leaders to drive organizational development and HR best practices.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the service industry.
• Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in Vietnam.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Binh Duong.
