Job requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the service industry.
• Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in Vietnam.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Binh Duong.
