Human Resources Director (Game Studio)
Job description
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract candidates in the gaming industry.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to employees.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
Employee Relations:
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Organizational Development:
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Develop leadership programs to build a strong pipeline of talent.
HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions in a high-growth tech company, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
