Role Objectives:
Human Capital Solutions Trainee is young talent who is interested in the field of Human Resources Services, aiming to gain valuable practical experience in professional working environment and creating premise to discover a new level of career development.
In this role, Trainee will play a vital role in ensuring data from clients are well reviewed and processed, supporting higher levels in supporting clients to use system, analyzing data, generating reports and providing valuable insights.
Job Description:
a. Financial Goal Achievement: Support Consultants to follow and collect clients’ invoices properly and timely.
b. Business Development: Support to prepare BD presentation file, draft proposal for HR consulting project.
c. Surveys Process:
• Collect and check salary and welfare survey data from customers.
• Support customers in hi-tech solutions using the system and generating reports from the system.
• Support to prepare data, presentation material for higher level to present about market updates, market insights to clients.
• Support drafting email to answer/ explain questions about all surveys.
d. HR Consulting: Support and advise customers on issues related to human resource management.
e. Regulatory Compliance and Audits: Ensure all activities align with regulations, preventing compliance risks.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Students who are about to graduate/fresh graduate from universities, or colleges in Ho Chi Minh City with the minimum GPA above 3.0 (above 7.0/10). It is recommended that the students have majors related to Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, and Law.
• With less than 2 years of working experience in C&B/ Survey field.
• Possessing certifications related to data analysis or Human Resources Management is nice to have.
• The ideal candidate embraces a One-Team mindset, prioritizing collaboration and unity across all departments. S/he fosters a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared goals, ensuring that the success of the organization is achieved collectively.
• The ideal candidate possesses a Growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and improvement. S/he is resilient, open to feedback, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and drive personal and team development.
• The ideal candidate must have these general competencies: HRM Overview Knowledge, Product/ Solutions Knowledge, Client Management, Project Management, Operation Management, Problem solving & Decision making.
