Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to enhance workforce performance, engagement, and development. The HRBP will provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices while supporting managers and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Performance Management: Facilitate performance review processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of feedback and accountability.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.

- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics to assess organizational health and make informed recommendations for improvement.

- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and resources to managers and employees.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree

- At least 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on business partnership and strategic.

- Logical thinking skills and change management skills.

- Good at English and result-oriented.

- Proactive, open-minded, and passionate about learning new things.

- Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
