We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take charge of key responsibilities and processes within the company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong business acumen, a thorough understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, and expertise to support the company's sustainable growth.
Description
* Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing insights and solutions to drive organizational success.
* Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of skilled employees for current and future needs.
* Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving conflicts, fostering a positive workplace culture, and promoting employee engagement.
* HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies, regularly updating procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
Profile
* Has experiences working for MNC companies is a must
* 9+ years of experiences in HR function, including 3+ years in management level
* Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, employee relations, talent management, succession planning
* Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is a plus
