Job description
1. HR Strategy & Recruitment
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage recruitment to meet staffing needs.
2. Training & Development
• Create Personal Development Plans and oversee training.
• Assess employee progress through feedback and performance reviews.
3. Compensation & Policy Management
• Develop salary, bonus, and welfare systems.
• Ensure HR policies comply with regulations and budgets.
4. Company Culture & Administration
• Enhance employee engagement through internal programs.
• Oversee assets, IT systems, and office administration.
Job requirements
• 5-10 years in HR, with 3+ years in management.
• Preferably experienced in Import-Export companies.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
