HSE Manager

This position has the role to develop and manage the safety and health compliance in the project. Ensuring that EHS procedures are available and are applied during the Site activities and alignment with all local regulations as set by the law of Vietnam for the project.

Working on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management for the project issues including:

- Establish general HSE plan and guidelines for overall of project construction site.

- Set up the SH guidelines of the project and manage it with collaboration with project management consultant and other NHSC department.

- Monitoring the contractor and other related parties for the proper implementation of the construction work from the HSE point of view and confirm the compliance to the project HSE guidelines. Realize and foresee any unsafe conditions and potential dangers on site and take prompt action for prevention.

- Supervising and controlling the contractor's HSE work with reporting to and coordinating with the internal members of NHSC.

- To make sure that construction work shall comply with the regulatory and contractual requirement in HSE viewpoint.

University graduate

Health/ Safety/Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical or Electrical engineer/ Project management or equivalent.

Certificate: HSE

Minimum 10 years experience in HSE work in large size (say more than 100ha or high rise building more than 30 floors) construction project.
