HSE Manager

Core responsibilities: (Prioritize top 8)

• Establish occupational hazard control programs and occupational disease prevention programs and EHS files.

• Conduct occupational health checks and hazard monitoring, continuously improve the working environment of employees, and ensure compliance with national and company laws and regulations (noise reduction, ergonomics, etc.)

• Combine the safety risks and requirements of each position, formulate standards for labor protection products, and review PPE plan and equipment.

• Guide and support operating departments to ensure implementation of HSE policies, plans and compliance with corporation requirements and relevant regulatory requirements. Together with the leadership team build up the HSE culture.

• Ensure compliance in according to legislation about HSE.

• Maintain the Integrated management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001); Carried out HSE&S improvement plan are established; Tracking KPI/ target performance, verify and report on database system of Cummins monthly.

• Review the system to comply with each specific audit and ensure completion of annual HSE compliance gaps. Lead self-assessment audit, risk assessment and analysis hazard, Near miss reports. Raise and implement corrective & preventive action plans.

• Perform observation at workshop and customer site to ensure technicians and employees comply to HSE procedure, regulation; Besides, create chance to identify and analysis any potential hazards.

• Developing annual training plan based on the actual training needs, delivering training by myself or holding training course according to regulatory requirement and Corporation requirement.

• Coordinate with leadership team to build up HSE&S culture through weekly sharing, HSE Board, posters, additional rewards for HSE sharing.

• On behalf of the Company to attend Asia Pacific conference monthly, directly contact to HSE Director of JV any project, global action plan or specific requirement.

• Manage Contractor safety: revise and approve order purchase, permits to work, training for contractor workers, supervise and audit to ensure compliance.

• Plan and organize HSE events and Corporate Social Responsibility actions yearly and HSE programs.

• Set up, control implementation HSE target annually; Forecast and control HSE budget.

• Background in occupational protection/ engineer degree (electrical, construction, environment…)

• Fluent English communication.

• Strong communication, planning and leadership skill.

• Integrity and trust.

• Good mind set in HSE, HSE culture.
