HR Specialist - Recruitment (Work in Bac Ninh)

Full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for IDL position/Skill DL

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, to be able to attract candidates using various sources, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

1. Educational background: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors

2. Experiences: At least 2-year experience in HR or related fields

3. Language: Fluent English or Chinese

4. Other skills:

- Excellent skills in networking and working with people

- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills

- High teamwork spirit and independent player

- Critical thinking, organized, responsible and disciplinary

- Good computer skills (MS Office). Basic designing skills (Photoshop, video edit…) are an advantage
