岗位名称：人事专员

岗位职责：

1.负责日常考勤管理，确保员工出勤记录准确无误。

2.编制及核算员工薪资，包括但不限于基本工资、奖金、津贴等的计算与发放准备。

3.管理员工社会保险的缴纳事宜，确保符合政策规定。

4.协助办理外籍员工的签证，包括资料准备、提交申请及后续跟进。

5.完成上级交办的其他事务。

岗位要求：

1.年龄：25-40岁

2.学历要求：大学本科学历及以上，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先

3.语言能力：中文熟练，具备良好的书面及口头表达能力

4.技能要求：熟练使用Office等办公软件，具备基本的财务知识，了解国家劳动法律法规及社会保险政策

5.工作经验：具有3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉考勤管理、薪资核算、社保缴纳等流程者优先

6.能力素质：细心认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for daily attendance management to ensure the accuracy of employees' attendance records.

2. Prepare and calculate employees' salaries, including but not limited to calculating basic salaries, bonuses, allowances, etc., and making preparations for salary disbursement.

3. Manage the payment of employees' social insurance to ensure compliance with relevant policies.

4. Assist in handling visas for foreign employees, including document preparation, application submission, and subsequent follow - up.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Age: 25 - 40 years old.

2. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in human resources management, business administration, and other related fields are preferred.

3. Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, with good written and oral communication skills.

4. Skill Requirements: Proficient in using office software such as Office, possess basic financial knowledge, and be familiar with national labor laws, regulations, and social insurance policies.

5. Work Experience: Have more than 3 years of human resources - related work experience. Those who are familiar with processes such as attendance management, salary calculation, and social insurance payment are preferred.

6. Competencies: Be meticulous, conscientious, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess good communication, coordination skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
