HR Senior Specialist
Job description
• Receive, screen applications and prepare steps for the Company to conduct interviews and select suitable candidates according to plan.
• Send notices and draft labor contracts for successful candidates.
• Prepare reports evaluating recruitment and probation results and submit them to the Department Head.
• Guide and introduce new employees to the Company's human resources policies and regulations.
• Summarize working days and other benefits for employees and submit them to the Department Head for review and approval.
• Monitor and update changes in employee salaries into the system.
• Assist the Department Head in developing a salary scale and submit it to the Director for approval.
• Monitor and update data on increases and decreases in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and compare them with the social insurance agency monthly.
• Complete documents, procedures and contact the Social Insurance Agency for Employees to participate in and/or enjoy social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance in accordance with regulations.
• Periodically make requests for new issuance and issue health insurance cards to employees in a timely and correct manner.
• Complete documents and papers to serve the work of labor inspection, social insurance, and designation by state agencies.
• Monitor personnel fluctuations. Periodically compile statistics and prepare reports analyzing the situation of personnel use for the Department Head to review and report to the Board of Directors/Management.
• Directly draft documents on job changes, salary levels, rewards, sanctions, termination of labor contracts, etc.
• Update, arrange, and store employee records in accordance with regulations.
• Purchase office supplies, tools, equipment, machinery, and supplies for business, services, and janitorial departments.
• Make purchases on uniforms, fruits, gifts, flowers/ornamental plants to decorate showrooms and offices.
• Manage and label assets, tools and equipment. Periodically coordinate with departments to inventory assets, tools and equipment.
• Pay administrative expenses and prepare reports to the Head of Department.
• Interpret when the Company has meetings, events,... or as directed by superiors.
• Translate documents and materials and taking meeting minutes when needed.
• Other tasks as required by GD and BOM.
Job requirements
• Graduated from university with majors related to Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, Law and related professions
• Proficient in English communication skills
• Well knowledge & understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and related legal regulations
• Careful, meticulous personality, high sense of responsibility in work
• Planning skills and teamwork oriented
