Key Objective of Role
Nova Buildings Group is a dynamic and fast-growing organization committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experience HR Manager to manage full spectrum of Human Resource function, as well as partner with Country Leadership Team to cohesively drive people programs and initiatives to support a highly engaged and performing organization culture, reporting to the Head of Human Resource in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full spectrum of HR function
• Support in driving regional HR initiatives and change programs in alignment with business goals
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support full process of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
• Participate in developing and continuous improvement on HR processes and policies; drive the delivery of people programs relating to talent management, performance management compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement and communication
• Ensure HR’s activities & practices are well developed and implemented under Company’s strategy and in accordance with local labour law
• Ensure recruitment and retention for Vietnam is carried out in a manner in accordance with the growth requirement of business plan
• Provide prompt advice and resolution to employee issues/concerns; effectively counsel line managers on employee relations & disciplinary issues and reduce potential business liabilities
• Oversee all compliance and governance requirements relating to people matters to ensure risks are effectively managed
• Coordinate with HR vendors and service providers
• Manage annual HR budget and monitor actual spending for cost effectiveness
• Maintain all reports and analysis related to HR
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Management; preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of the following aspects of HR management is required: talent management, learning & development, employee relations, performance management, retention and succession planning
• Experienced in recruitment in the manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR practices in Vietnam
• Ability to work independently with high level of commitment & integrity, resilient and able to cope with ambiguity
• Meticulous, organized, resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
• Self-motivated with team spirit, high energy level with strong analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and written skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint)
