Mô tả công việc
Manage and oversee all HR functions of Pearl Global Viet Nam at Bac Giang city.
- Recruitment and staffing: Analyze, plan, and implement recruitment programs; Attract, interview, and select the right candidates to meet an organization's needs; Monitor employee onboarding process.
- Training and development: Develop training policies and training monitoring systems. Evaluating employees' educational needs and designing programs to meet them.
- HR Procedures: Issue and maintain human resources policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements, customer standards, and factory operational needs (Labor regulations, collective labor agreements, basic labor policies, etc.)
- Manage compensation and benefits system by supervising C&B team and administering C&B policy/ operations (wage, bonus, benefits, social insurance, evaluation, rewards...); actively promoting and joining in initiatives to improve the company's policy and process to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal and customer requirements.
- Performance management: Monitor, and supervise the appraisal of employee work results and counsel for employees and supervisors; Support all department managers to manage / control/monitor and appraise the staff.
- Employee relations: Develop dialogue programs and annual labor conferences. Develop a complaint management system, promptly receive and handle labor recommendations. Maintain harmonious labor relations by helping leaders build employee relationships, address employee concerns, and resolve disputes between employees and company leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience requirements: 3 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing plants
• Education level: University Graduate; Understanding of laws in the field of expertise and customer standards (garment industry)
• Skill/competence requirements
• Good leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Planning and organizing skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Good English communication
