HR Director/ Manager (Urgent - Working In Ha Tinh)

• Set up progressive HR policies, processes, and best practices that are compliant with local regulations and strengthen the organization’s employee value proposition

• Lead, develop and grow the Human Resources team to support growth initiatives across the organization

• Work with the executive leadership team to build and implement the organization’s continuity and succession plan through employee empowerment and engagement programs

• Provide HR guidance, consult with line management, analyze metrics and work with management to improve work relationships and productivity

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

• Monitor and enhance employee engagement by organizational development initiatives

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

• Track and analyze KPIs, insights and employee surveys to continuously improve our HR programs and initiatives, and inform business decision-makers

• Prepare and manage all the related reports

• MBA/ or BA in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Foreign Language or relating subjects;

• Minimum 5-year experience in a similar role in multinational firms;

• Experience in using EPR software such as SAP is a strong plus;

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Labor law and relating updated regulations;

• Good relationship with local authorities;

• Good management, communication and problem-solving skills;

• Professional Human resources management and development capability;

• Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff including Vietnamese and international partners;

• Very self- confident, negotiation skills, precise and well organized person;

• Ability to work under high pressure and workload;

• Fluent in English is a must.
